Something must have updated, and now when we open our till, we are required to enter the starting amount before we can force the drawer open. So we are having to open at $0 just to count it and pay in the actual amount! We never had to do that before and it’s making me crazy!! Is there a setting to fix that?

Have you tried deleting the cash drawer and setting it up again from scratch? Give that a try and let me know if that does the trick!
