Some of our employees forgot to clock in for a job in the Timecard section. Is it an option for them to manually enter their hours worked? Or does the owner (of the business/Square account) have to enter those hours? If so, how do they do it?

I haven't found a way for the employees to enter their own hours after the fact. It's something that the owner (or manager with timecard access) would have to do.
From the Web Dashboard: Timecards -> Workday -> Add Shift Record.
From the Payroll App: Timecards -> Add Shift
