The short answer is yes. There are several ways to do this, I will cover a couple of them.
Many website/inventory management companies have built integrations with Square so that you can sync your inventory easily and effectively. You may need to reference your particular websites inventory hosts help guides to find out how to do this. If you post who hosts your site (ie Weebly, Wix, Shopify, etc) I can help find this documentation if it exists.
Additionally, you can import inventory to Square through the import tool mentioned in the Basic Inventory Management article. Specifically:
"The Import tool allows you to download a report of your current inventory and update your inventory quantities in bulk. This is especially helpful for adding new inventory and verifying current stock.

A note here, you will want some single source of truth for your inventory count, so it is best to decide which system you want to manage your inventory. If it is Square, you may want to think about using the Square Inventory API to communicate to your website.
