I can only create the detailed csv files not the summary csv's which I need. I select the dates I need, select summary and nothing happens! Help!

Everything should be on the up and up with CSV downloads. If you're still having any trouble, please give these tips a try. If, after that, it's still not working, please contact our Support team — we'll then be able to have a closer look at this for you.
