Is anyone else having issues where sales are no longer separated by device anymore?

Could you give me some more information on where you're missing the device information?
Is it on the Dashboard in reporting?
Do you have devices added to your account?

It is on my iPad and my husband’s iPhone, the only two devices we use for sales. When we go to reports>sales>this device only it is $0. But if we go to all devices, the total of all devices is there. We have had to manually write down our credit card sales the past couple of weekends to keep them separate for our own spreadsheets. His device is still named Donovan’s iPhone and mine is still named Erin’s iPad, so the naming of the devices is not the problem.

Instead of using the app, I would recommend trying on the internet browser on either device.
This area of the Dashboard provides some more detail on those reports, so you can see those device breakdowns.
Please let me know if you're still having issues seeing it.
