Is anyone else having issue with the system doing AUTOMATIC REFUNDS TO RANDOM CUSTOMERS?

Anyone else having issues with the system doing AUTOMATIC REFUNDS to random customers? It will do it exactly an hour after the transaction is processed. Square keeps saying its someone in my shop doing it and that is 100% incorrect. I have ran square for 7 years never had this issue? Anyone?

definitely have never had that.

 

on your transactions page https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions you can choose to see refunds (it is the 4th option from the left that defaults to all types).  from there you can click on a refund and it will have info on what device the refund was made from and the source.  maybe that will help you track down what is going on if you know that register 3 is where the refunds are coming from and who was on that register.
