Why would an invoice I sent go through and it appears as if it was received in Chinese or another like language. I've been having lots of little "glitches" with sending invoices lately.

Very sorry for the delayed response on this post. This does sound like a strange occurrence, was this still happening? Has this happened to multiple customers?
If so, can you confirm which language is appearing for your customers when they receive the invoice?
for me its the same thing... my costumer recieved the invoice in spanish but they need and english

Is there any chance your customer can double check that the browser they're using to check email is set to English? To do so, they can visit their browser settings and make preferred updates. If that doesn't clear things up, it may be best to have a member of our Customer Success team take a closer look into this specific invoice/email. If there's any chance your customer can provide a screenshot of the email, you can send it to us directly.

Well, I have the same situation. When I downloaded this App my phone was in Spanish and the sistem was creating the invoices in Spanish. I tried to change it but there’s no way that you can set it up. I had to change language in my cellphone but it didn’t work. My customers are receiving invoices in Spanish even though I see and created in English. That’s so strange. Help me please.
Hey @Raquel4024 - It sounds like the language settings within your account is still set to Spanish. To check, go to the Location settings within your Square Dashboard and select the location you are sending Invoices from. From there, you'll just need to scroll down and you'll see a Language setting.
