Invoice is mailed to your client. Their inbox from just says "Square" can that be changed?

Random question for you users.  So you invoice a client it goes to their email however in the Inbox it says Square.

Clients might see it as junk mail and it gets overlooked.  Instead from "Sqaure"  could it say the name of your company.  So I invoice Mary Smith and send her the electronic invoice.  For example say I am Bill at Bills Plumbing.  When Mary received her email from it just says an email from "Sqaure" is it possible to change to say Bills Plumbing?  I realize you can name your invoice which appears in the Subject Line but this is really a question about Who or the name of the invoice is coming from.  Hope this makes sense.  Thank you in advance

Hmmm... that's interesting.

When you send an invoice, the From field should be whatever you have your business name set as, from your example Bill's Plumbing,

Now the email address can be a problem point. All invoice emails come from the email addy [email protected] , which is where your customer could be running into problems.

What I've done in the past is, for our regular purchasers, is have them or their IT department whitelist that email address. If it's not a regular customer but it's going to a customer who is obviously going to be behind an IT firewall, I'll often send an email from my own account first stating to keep an eye out for an email from that address, even in their spam folder. If they don't/can't get it, I'll send another email with the shareable link to the invoice you can generate from the dashboard.

With so many locked down email servers, this can and does become a problem here and there. I'm not sure any email software out there has solved this problem yet.
