Invoice Numbers are automatically generated, and can be viewed in the Invoice section of your Dashboard. When you click on the specific Invoice, you'll be able to view the payment details associated with that invoice.
There isn't a way to include the invoice number in the Transaction report automatically at this time. Can you go into more details about your business need for this?
