Inventory keeps showing "Sold Out"

I sell jewelry at craft shows. I have been entering my inventory on my laptop.  When I go on my app everything is showing up "Sold Out" this is for items that I have 1-4 of.  What am I doing wrong?

@Doodles12 @Try going to the item and switching the tracking off then on and see if this resolves it.
