@Pbruneau90 At this time it's not possible to sort Open Tickets by employee! You can sort them by ticket Name, Amount or by Recent ticket. I'll share your request with the Point of Sale team.
In the meantime, your employees could add their name to an Open Ticket name when they create it. When you sort by name it will list the name of the ticket alphabetically. (The name of a ticket isn't included in a customer's receipt.)
