If my domain points here how can I setup an email for customer contacts to my domain

square demands that my domain points here...

How can I have an email with my domain... ie [email protected]  ?  since square isn't a true hosting company?

whoever you have your domain bought from should offer email hosting.  looks like you used tucows or hover.com to register your domain name and they offer email services.

interestingly I have the email setup there but since the DNS servers point here I apparently can't receive any emails there.  They bounce back

apparently tucows is the registrar - bluehost.com is my webhost that I paid for prior to deciding to use squareup.  I have the email setup with bluehost... it doesn't receive the emails.

Hi @WolfandDad

Were you able to get this figured out?

It sounds like the next best step would be to reach out to bluehost.com since they're the webhost. Have you contacted them directly?

They say that the domain name servers have to point there then the website point to squareup for the email to work...  they are going to try and do that but somehow I have my doubts and so my store may be down for the count of 96 hours or more getting it fixed.

So far it seems to be working.  Doing it this way also fixed the www issue that some customers were having.  when you type in wolfandbearsden.com some providers added the www in front automatically and that caused a page not found error.  So 50 bucks and some frustration later it seems to be working.
