We've just begun offering online orders for in-store pickup. However, if an order is accidentally marked as "Ready for Pickup", is there a way to un-select it or change the order status back to "In Progress" or something similar in the fulfillment?
At this time, there isn't a way to reverse this action, @DBrewery. The main reason being that when you mark an order as ready, an email and/or text message is sent to your customer letting them know that their order is ready.
I'd recommend training staff to be careful when fulfilling orders - I remember when working in retail, I had to be extra cautious with online orders for this same reason! The good news here is that there will be a pop-up box that appears after clicking the blue Mark as Ready button. This pop-up gives you the option to cancel if you clicked the Mark as Ready button accidentally.
