I would like to use a certain category of products for my loyalty rewards program, how do I do this?

I only want to allow customers to earn stars when they make a $5.00 minimum purchase from a certain category of products. How do I set this up?

Great question! Right now, we only have the ability to limit which category of items the loyalty credit is applied to when the reward is redeemed, not the other way around.

There is no way to restrict the earning of stars to particular categories, but I see how that you would be useful to incentivize certain items. I will share this out with our Product Liaison team! Thanks for sharing this suggestion!
