I've published and need more help with display

Hello once again, I've finally bitten the bullet and published, but now that I see what a customer would see it's not right.

I have set size and length & shape options that need to show text, not just colored buttons.

Also, I would like a customer to be able to quickly see all my items, not just similar items. I fear I've set things up incorrectly from the start and I'm not sure how to change them quickly, especially how the options are displayed.

I should add that I've changed my Options to radio buttons and dropdown, but that doesn't seem to have resolved the issue.

I'm taking a look at your site now but I'm not following when you say: I have set size and length & shape options that need to show text, not just colored buttons.

I'm currently seeing text displaying under the few items that I've clicked on. Were you able to get this sorted out since you posted? If I'm misunderstanding anything you're looking at, feel free to include some screenshots so that I know we're on the same page!
