I’ve entered my sales tax but it’s not adding to my transactions.

I cannot get my sales to sew and include the sales tax. Can you help me, please?

Hello @Gingerlee 

Once you enter the sales taxes, you need to tell Square what items you want to see taxed.

Web Dashboard -> Items -> Sales Taxes . Choose your tax rate and click the Add to Items link on the right. Depending on your business, it may be easier to select all then go back through and remove the items that don't need taxed.

Once you've done this, all your items should show the taxes on your point of sale. If not, I recommend logging out of the app, force closing and reopening, then logging back in. Sometimes tax rate changes get hung up in the system. A log out/log in will force your app to pull the new data from the servers.
