I published a MailChimp landing page but can't process a payment?

I have made a landng page in Mailchimp to accept payment for a product of mine. When we published the page and tested the payment process it was not able to process. Is this a mailchip or Square issue?

How do I trouble shoot this?

at this point, I would run it by MailChimp support as it is the integration on their end.
