I ordered wrong reader

I ordered the contactless reader and then realized I do not have wifi at my office.  I need to edit my order for the chip reader with the port.  Tried to edit my order just a few hours later and cannot fine the path for this step. Any help is appreciated.

The contactless reader connects to your device via Bluetooth, not wifi. You can find more information about device compatibility here: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5584-devices-compatible-with-square-contactless-and-chip-car... 

If you still want to get the other reader, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one rather change editing it. Do you see a place to cancel the order?

Thanks for the help, @VanKalkerFarms. We don't currently offer the ability to cancel an order, as they're shipped right away, but you can always return it. 

 

Hi @TammyM. As mentioned, you won't need a wifi connection to use the Contactless and Chip Card Reader. In fact, our readers don't require an internet connection, but our app does. The Square Point of Sale app can use wifi or a data connection to run payments.
