I need help entering items, categories, variations, etc for pet grooming.

I'm opening a brick and mortar grooming business in a few weeks so I purchased the Square register.  I'm having the hardest time trying to understand how to best enter items as grooming packages based on pet size and breed. I need to be able to select a Gold or Silver Service package and have the service items in the descriptions.  I also need to offer a large variety of a la carte items.  It not like entering retail items, it's all service with hundreds of options.  How can I find help with this?

@TheRealChipA is really good with tons of options in the event I'm missing something.

That said there are a few fundamental ways to offer different services with options. You can have each individual service have it's own "item" page and then use variations/modifiers to allow them to customize each service.

Alternatively if you don't want them to customize at all you would need to create an item for each service. One thing to keep in mind when creating new "items" in the item library is that you can "duplicate" the base item and just edit whatever needs to change to create a second item.
