I need help entering a card manually? It keeps saying I am offline?

I cant enter my clients card manually?  It keeps saying I am offline and I am not?  It's not even giving me an option?

Usually this problem boils down to your internet connection and the App. If you continue to have this error I would encourage uninstalling and reinstalling the App and making sure you have a stable internet connection. Manual payments cannot be taken offline.
