I'm not receiving notifications when Invoices are undeliverable

I'm not receiving notifications when invoices aren't deliverable due to incorrect email addresses or a spam filter rejection. Is there a way to receive a notification?

Most email systems will send out a notification for undeliverable email, and Square may not ever realize that the email wasn't delivered.  In any case, I can't find a setting for that in Account & Settings > Account > Email notifications.  Just as a wild guess, have you checked your Spam or Junk folder?

the email system is an antique in terms of internet age.  there isn't a way to be notified that the end users spam filter blocked your email.  As for undeliverable, depending on the incorrect address and the settings on the end users email server you might get a kickback email saying undeliverable, or it could be mistyped and still be a valid email address so there is no issue that the system would see in that case.

 

long story short there is no setting to turn on in Square, or any email program, to notify you of a spam filter or mistyped email address.
