I'm not able to view payments on my computer, only my mobile. is this normal?

I've been using ipad to take credit card payments for 10 months now.  Today I wanted to view payments on my computer, so I signed in and went to sales and there are none there. I can view them on my phone after clicking on "go to full website", but they don't show up on my home computer. I'm doing something wrong but can't figure out what.

I am going to assume you are logged into the same account.  When you click on Sales make sure the correct date or date range is selected. If you have more than one location created make sure you are looking at All or the correct location.

Date is correct and I only have one location. Although I have "all locations" visible. My account on my computer tells me I have only completed 15/16 setup tasks. It wants me to accept a payment but when I click on it it gives me 3 articles to read and that's it. Also, I had to create another username to get back to this thread so I could reply.

I'm really sorry no one from Square has followed up with you here yet. @RHatch was definitely on the right track.

 

Since you're posting here from two separate user names, it definitely seems that you must have more than one Square account. Please make sure you are signing into the same account on your computer as you are when you use your iPad.
