Hi Tom, 

I am having the same problem. The error message says: an error occurred loading the image you selected. The file may be corrupted or it may not actually be a valid image file.

If this happens with this picture only and not with every picture then I would suggest looking for a graphic designer or someone that could help you duplicate the file to make sure it is not corrupted.
