I'm having trouble getting square to connect to TurboTax to import data for tax return. The error is (573)
Same here
Same here, TurboTax just tells me to keep trying later.
This error is on TurboTax's end, so unfortunately, we're unable to troubleshoot.

FWIW, TurboTax opened a case and said it's because Square data won't be ready until 1/31, so try again after that. Not sure if that's accurate, but I guess I'll wait and see.
It is 1/31 but the issue is still occurring, checked today.
Feb 2, Turbotax Sel-Employed still will not connect to Square. Have tried different computers, incognito mode, different browsers. Always say "Unknown Error" try later. I contacted Turbo Tax chat support, they told me to wait till after Jan 31 also. But here we are.
wifi is your issue.
Feb 3, still cannot import my sales date from Square!
I am starting to think that the TurboTax Square import only works if you have over $20K in sales and 250+ transactions.
Been trying for 2 weeks. Have over 300K in sales for a restaurant and still will not connect. Turbotax blames it on Square and Square blames it on turbotax. Have tried different computers, different browsers and 20 other things.
Feb 8. Still Turbotax will not connect to Square. Pretty much tried everything you can think of.
When using the Import functions with Turbo Tax, wifi is the problem. There can be nothing blocking the connection between Turbo Tax and Square when trying to import within the Turbo Tax software. They consider it a security issue. Solution: either go into your wifi settings and try to determine which setting is blocking it (can be difficult to do because of the variety of devices and default settings set by the ISP) OR get to a computer with an ethernet connection (the best solution) OR enter everything manually (the second best solution.)
