I issued a refund by mistake so how can I cancel it?

I thought I was sending a payment back to someone when it said issue payment. But when I did it it said I was requesting a refund. How do I fix it.

Unfortunately, once the refund has been issued, it can't be canceled or undone.  You will need to contact the customer and ask if they could come back in and redo that charge.  Tell him/her to check their account to make sure that the refund has shown up so they don't think you're trying to scam them.
