I incorrectly installed the chip reader it's accepting transactions but I'm not receiving the funds
I set up my chip reader incorrectly it's been accepting card transactions but I'm not receiving the funds. What do I do?

Have you checked if the reader is paired to the POS app on your device and not any others? Open the app settings and check under Card Readers. The number displayed should match the last 4 of the serial number found on the reader.
Also, do these payments appear in the Transactions tab of Dashboard? Did your customer sign on the device and get a receipt?
