I include taxes in my prices, but am unable to input new Percentage numbers. How and where do I do

I am unable to find where I can change the percentage numbers for my local taxes to be included in my monthly reports... I used to have this very helpful feature and now don't!  How and where do I get that back, and change the numbers to the new LOWER local tax rate?

Hello @Rayas-Studio thanks for your post. You can set your sales tax rate here in your dashboard. It's under Dashboard > Account and Settings > Business Info > Sales Tax.

I'm just curious...if you include your sales tax within your prices, how does your monthly report separate out the taxes for you? If you items include the sales tax, are you un-selecting the sales tax on each item in your inventory?

Very few of my sales are out-of-state, and I used to have local/out-of-state option on my invoice/reports.

Most of my sales are for my fine art and prints, and I do most of all my sales in person.

I've discovered that adding the tax on-top of my price/cost was losing me sales; especially on the higher-end sales.

It's far better to have posted the SALES TAX INCLUDED signage along with my total retail cost. People know exactly what the cost will be, and I am not constantly figuring out the TAX ADDED amount...especially when it gets busy!

It also made it easy at the end of the month how much I need to pay for the city/state CRS Tax.

I have faced some penalties when my calculations are wrong...

I miss the old way I used!
