Hello. I have multiple locations. I got a "month in review" email for one of my locations but not the other. Where/how do I turn it on for all my locations?
(Account & Settings -> Email Notifications -> Monthly and Annual Sales Summaries is already enabled)
You've probably already thought of this, but I'm just putting ideas out there. Are those settings active per location, and if so, have you set them for each location? I would check it out on my account, but I only have one location.
Yes, "account & settings" (where the email notification options live) are settings across the account -- they are not location specific.
maybe try giving it the old "did you reset it?" fix. uncheck the box and then save or change pages and come back and recheck the box. I've seen issues with emailed reports for years so this isn't the first nor will it be the last problem with emails.
Hi all, quick update here.
Without making any changes to my account or settings, the "month in review" email for my other location showed up. About 12 hours after my other location. I guess they don't get sent out all at the same time!
Ah, that is actually true and I didn't think about that. The year-end ones for my 3 locations sometimes come 3 days apart.
