I have added a sales tax on my item my online store, but it doesn't add it into the total.

I have added sales tax to an item in my online store, it shows up when checking out but it is not added to the total price. How can I fix this?

Hey @beckwarby - 

Whenever you set your tax calculations you have this options at the bottom of the page to add your taxes.

Let me know if this doesn't do the trick for you! I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.

@Kassi_ I have those boxes checked and it still doesn't work for me. It shows on the order (when I get the email) a dollar amount for the tax, but it doesn't actually add it to the final total.

Thank you for checking those settings for me! At this point, I would recommend calling our Support Team directly, so they can take a deeper look & possibly send a ticket to our engineers for this.

No. I was told to call into customer service so they could see what was wrong. I never did.
