I have a weebly site already. It is on the free plan.I want to be able to add square online payment to it. How do i do that?

You can add Square as your payment processor to your existing site by going to your Weebly Dashboard > click Settings, then select Checkout. You should see Square as one of the options - but please note you'll also be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.
