I have 2 mobile devices on Point of Sale v5.10 - one requires signatures the other doesn't. Why? And how do i turn the signature requirement off for the device still requiring signatures?
From the mobile Dashboard, tap Settings, then Signature and Receipt. There are three choices: Never Collect Signatures (sounds like you want this one), Collect Signatures Over $25, and Always Collect Signatures.
