I had a transaction that initially showed it went through then customer left it showed up declined

I recently signed up for square .. I went to make my first transaction and the cc is being declined .. I'm manually entering the credit card can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

Hello. On8-3-16at4.35 master card [personal information redacted] I pick up the person taking him to air port the fare was $59 I made a mistake I charge him$9 would u please fix it thank u.
