Basic Setup Need

We are a school booster club that wants to allow 2 people to accept payments at different events using 2 different chip card readers at the same time.  I've read through all the different options and I'm more confused than when I started.  It seems to me that enabling guest access within the Employees permissions would be the best option but I can find nothing that explains what all the different actions mean (e.g. Access Sales Activity or  Manage all Open tieckts). I just want both of them to be able to process a payment at the same time.  

Square Register does SO many different things but I just need it to do this one.  Thanks for any help!

You can have as many devices running at one time as you'd like. The Employee permissions are more related to controlling what the people accepting payments can access (reports, refunds, etc.). If you're not concerned with that, you can simply install the Square Register app on both phones and have them both sign into your account.  We routinely have 3-4 iPads signed into our account at a time when our store is busy.
