I filled out my pre-approval and have yet to receive a response

I received an offer on my dashboard a few weeks ago and never took it. I spoke with a nice woman named Erin whom explianed to me that I am pretty much done and ready to receive funds all I had to do was pick the loan I wanted. I went ahead and picked it, and they sent back asking for my social security number and full name. This was last Thursday the 16th. I have heard no responses. I am not necessairly worried about getting the loan as they offered it to me, but it is hanging out there so would like some sort of response. Has anyone else had this issue?

Your capital loan will go through a final review process (that can take a few business days) after you accept the offer, because we review capital on business days the weekend can delay your capital by a day or two. That said, the process shouldn't take more than a few days so if you have been waiting a week we'd like to double check your account for you! I filled out for loan but you e-mail me back and said that you needed more information and that I needed to to alert on top but I can't find alert to continue the information please respond as soon as possible
