I don't know how I hit the refund button a refunded a ladies money back but I didn't want to do that

I seen a customer's money was refunded and I'm not sure how that happened because I nor did the customer requested it. Receipt# 7DbN 46.00 2/7/2018 7:04pm please help

Hello @Tinker1966, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 

Our Customer Success Team can take a look at this refund and help you determine how it was issued. Typically once a transaction is refunded you will have to contact your customer to reprocess the transaction.
