I created an invoice for a customer and I also hit duplicate. I canceled one of them but customer is seeing to charges on her bank transactions. Will this correct itself?

Hi @LisaLudlum -

 

Yes, if you've already cancelled the invoice - the payment will fall off. If for some odd reason, it doesn't reach out to Customer Success directly. They will be able to take a deeper look.
