If you asked for and entered your customer's information in during the sale then it will be in available under Customers in your dashboard or app.  If you didn't do that then this information isn't available to you.

Made a mistake in charging the amount, so we want to contact that customer.

We got only the last four digits of her bank card number.

Hi @Sayed423 - I suggest you send an email to our CS team asking if they're able to get in touch with the customer on our behalf. There are times when Square is able to get in touch with a customer to communicate important issues.

Simply go to:

http://squareup.com/help/contact

Click "Other"

Click "I don't see my issue"

You should include the last four digits of the card used so that the CS team has the info to contact your customer if they're able to do so.

I ran a charge for a customer's tuition.  I don't have their name just the last 4 digits of their card.  I need to credit their account, but have no idea who it is.  How can I found out their name.

I  do  have the same issue and I do not think is fair that the app take ownership of our customers , is our business after all and we pay for the service. It was not like that when we started using square. TAKE OUR POINT OF VIEW UNDER CONSIDERATION.
