I can send receipts to cash & check customers but not credit card payers. Once a transaction is approved the screen moves directly to a new sale. How can I fix this? Is there something in settings?

Welcome to the seller community and thanks for surfacing this! It sounds like the app is working as intended. If your customer already has an email address or phone number associated with their payment card, Point of Sale will automatically send them a receipt without having to enter in the contact information after a sale.
