I am using an adnroid phone to accept payments, it frequently shuttles me to "offline mode" when I hve 3-4 bars of cellular connectivity. Why is this happening and how do I process payment over cellular connection?

Welcome to the Community! 

 

To use the Point of Sale app you need a strong 4G connection. If something happens to the connection, then Offline Mode will kick on. Turning off Offline Mode will prevent the automatic connection. 

 

Just make sure you have a strong cellular connection or wifi as a backup when using the app to take payments.
