I am trying to start on online store, it will not allow me to allow me to activate card processing.. I need suggestions on what to do to get this activated.  Thank you!

Did you complete the Identity Verification during sign up? If you did so successfully, you should be able to accept cards. 

If not, there's not much we can do to help get you activated.
