Hello @sheilalowe, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 

 

Are you having trouble importing an item on your Online Store? Could you give me a summary of what happens when you try and add the item?

I suggest making sure that Item Sync is enabled on your Item Sync Settings. This setting is located under Square Online > Items > Item Sync.
