Power light is not on.
Do you have the USB connected to the Square usb hub? I know you will not recieve power until this and the plug are connected.
Yes. I also tried plugging it into a USB on my computer to see if anything would come on. I have the power plug pushed in all the way also. It it’s on I’m assuming that the power light would be on. Correct? not sure what to do next short of calling Square and asking for a new printer.

Do you have the power toggle switched to on? Its on the back of the printer, a small black switch between the power port and USB connection.
Also Square Register does not see printer when its plugged in. Do I have a printer that needs the ethernet connection?
