Unable to see floor plan on POS system. Where do you enable floor plan?
Hi @LauraL! Just to be sure- are you logging in through the Square Restaurants app?
Same here. I have created a free Square for Restaurant account but I don't see the point of sale app in my dashboard menu. I only have Home, Reports, Transactions, Balance, Items, Customers, Account Settings and Orders.
I don't see any options when I sign into my account in the Square POS app from Google play store as well.
Where/How can I access seating plan/arrangement?

Echoing Nika's suggestion above, you will need to download the Square for Restaurants app in order to sign in and create a seating chart and floor plan. We will note that Square for Restaurants does not currently support an app for Android.

We are still working on it, but don't have any release date as of yet @THEFOOL. I would suggest subscripting to our Product Updates board so you can see what changes we are making and when.
My Floor Plan/ Sections in square for restaurants disappeared from my ipad. Now when I open the app all I see is the menu and I have tried every setting in the system and cant get back the floor plan.
Yes, the floor plan i still there and it does contain tables.

I went ahead and merged your post to an existing thread where other Square Sellers have discussed missing floor plans. We merge duplicate conversations together to keep like comments in one place, and to make it easier for others to find the thread in the future.
If you're on an iPad or Square Stand, you may need to swipe your finger across the screen to the right or left to get back to the floor plan.
