When you sign up for Square, you're not making any sort of long-term commitment that would require a contract per se.

Awesome to hear! What @VanKalkerFarms said is absolutely correct. We don't require contracts – you can start/ stop service with Square at any time. Our Seller Agreement, which they linked to, contains all of the terms and conditions related to our platform, and you agree to them by choosing to use our service.
