I am a service based business but I just added an item for sale. When I go on the site I dont see it

I am a service based business but I just added an item for sale. When I go on the site I don’t see the item I just added. Why might this be?

HI, are you selecting Service from the Item Type drop down?

I’m not sure how to get to the page you’re showing me. This is all I see when I go to add an item or edit an item I’ve already added

HI, I believe you are using the Menu Format template.  I showed the Retail Format template.

Here are the breadcrumbs to locate template

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Shop All click the 3 little dots, select Switch Template, popup to select for Shop All (Retail Features)
