How to use Appointments for off-site catering and events

Hello, we have a single food truck that we use for off-site catering and events. Does Square have solutions for helping me book events, send proposals or estimates, invoice, and send contracts? And sync to my business calendar? Would appointments work for that?

I don't really need people to be able to book their own things, but I'm not opposed to it. Just looking to save time and stay within a single software ecosystem. 🙂

Hey There! 

I think appointments could work for you.  I own a stationery store and we offer custom wedding invitations.  We do allow customers to make an appointment through our website but typically they are in the store and want to schedule. So I get the information and add them to Square Appointments myself that way they get the emails and text messages.  Then I can also send them a contract, etc through the dashboard. Hope that helps.
