How to turn on microphone permission Motorola G7 play

My older version Motorola worked fine with the magstripe reader but isn't connecting with my new G7 play Motorola. How to fix this

Hey @Dancinggoat and welcome to the Community.

It doesn't appear the Motorola G7 play is listed on our Compatibility site. 

That would mean the device isn't compatible or tested with any of our hardware yet.

I got it working and it appears to work fine just fine.

@Dancinggoat Untested devices can work intermittently but we just can't guarantee it'll be consistent.
