I have an employee that rung up a sale to the wrong location. He was logged into wrong location when he made the sale on his phone. How can I transfer the sale to the other location?
Hi @kevin_harper - Unfortunately, there isn't a way to transfer sales information between locations as it is tied to the location that your employee was logged into once processed. 😕
