How to sync external calendars with my Square Appointments calendar

Hey.....somewhat desperate.... My gmail was not syncing "into" my square calendar so I removed all of the calendars, went into gmail and took the app out and then started all over again. When I started it all back up, but gmail calendar is not showing up on my gmail calendar anymore OR the square app. I am sure there is a setting that I have changed or something...but my google appointments are not showing up ANYWHERE!!!!! 

I am freaking out to say the least, I live off of that calendar and the square app. 

Can anyone help me? Or is there a phone number I can call directly?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble @schnicklefritz1! There are a few troubleshooting steps you could take for syncing the Appointments Calendar.

Check out these steps: 

• Make sure that your browser is up to date.
• Clear the cache on your browser. 
• Refresh the page.
• Switch to a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
• Try syncing your calendar again by clicking Reset All Calendars from your Square Appointments dashboard. Then, try to relink your calendar.

Also re-syncing the calendar can take up to 30 minutes, so keep that in mind! 🙂
