Square automatically sends notifications to a client when an action is taken on a reservation (created, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.). In addition to these notifications, we also allow merchants to send a reminder. You can control your communication settings right from your Square Dashboard.

Can you not edit reminders for all future invoices?  Not just for each individual invoice?

Hey there @CRFranks817  This can be set up as part of an Invoice Template.  At this time, Templates are a feature included on Invoices Plus. You can learn more about them here.

You have to go into each invoice and change the setting for each invoice. I couldn't find an account level setting where I could go in and disable reminders for all of my unpaid invoices. It would be nice tough. @Om @Sean
